MY-VENT system represents the most complete and user friendly solution to provide a building with natural ventilation.

By monitoring the changing indoor and outdoor conditions and exploiting the cool air outside, MY-VENT controls any increase in the degree of temperature or C02 level indoors. With sudden changes in weather, showers or gusts of wind, the windows will automatically close to protect the building and interior from damage. In case of emergency all controls are ignored and windows are immediately opened, eventually through UCS Smoke Ventilation Control Panels with battery back-up.

MY-VENT is made by:

> addressable weather station (external temperature and humidity, wind and rain)

The windows can be organized into groups to customer requirements. Different scenarios can be selected for each single group for total automation or local and/or remote control.
Input and outputs from and to other systems are managed for a complete integration in the building.


This Control unit offers a direct WI-FI access point for PCs, smartphones and tablets, or can be connected with the LAN installed in the building. BMSline actuators and sensors are connected by means of a special bus line (Modbus RTU). The web based (HTML5) user-interface is accessible in three different levels: Installer, System Administrator and End user.

The Winserver interacts with existing Building Management Systems provided by third parts via Modbus TCP/IP.
Winserver is a DIN rail module, voltage supply 24 Vdc. Always install 41625S repeater between the Winserver and the Modbus line.


Preconfigured natural ventilation strategy based on different scenarios:


REMOTE CONTROL: For groups of windows in rooms, zones, etc.

DAILY COMFORT VENTILATION: With continued monitored indoor and outdoor temperature and CO2 concentration, windows are controlled to provide first class living comfort and to save energy.

LOCAL CONTROL: The actuator can be manually operated only by the local push button. Continual real-time feedback to MY-VENT.

NIGHT COOLING: To avoid or cut down on air conditioning during the day. With continually monitored indoor and outdoor temperatures, windows are partly opened at night to exploit the cool air from outside, reduce indoor temperature and limit the use of air conditioning.

MICRO VENTILATION: To recycle air and regulate humidity. For a healthy environment, windows are opened a little for air to circulate and to regulate humidity indoors.

SUN BALDE ACTUATOR CONTROL: To reduce sun radiation and subsquently regulate light.
